We had Mikee’s first birthday party at Knightstone since she came to be with us permanently. She celebrated with her friends (and parents) at a hotel swimming pool in Sidmouth and later we brought all the guests back to Knightstone. Before Christmas the Junior School children at St John’s had its Christmas performance for the parents and Mikee had a role.
And later in December just before Christmas we got a lot of snow. The most I ever seen at Knightstone. At that time Onneth, one of the students I had supported in the Philippines came to visit with her husband Rhandy. Now (in 2020) they are both since many years doctors living in Australia.
And over Christmas itself all my four older children came to visit and meet up with Eric and Mikee and Onneth and Rhandy were staying over the period as well.
