I am afraid that Eric is as good at playing soccer, as his father was at Eric’s age! But he approaches it enthusiastically, and in Rob Tasker he has a very good teacher and an inspiring team leader. Jennifer and I joined the other parents in cheering our son in the St John’s School team (under 8 years) playing against Tatworth school in Somerset. The game took place at St John’s last Thursday and I have to admit that Tatworth won.
Earlier this winter Eric joined the Rugby club for a while, but otherwise his favourite sport is swimming. And he seems more interested in clubs like mathematics and technology than sports.
