The family rented a chalet in Isola 2000 a couple of hours north of Nice. In a neighbouring chalet Roger and June Lean Vercoe with their daughter Charlotte, her husband Paul and their children together with some other friends were staying, and we had a lovely week together. I have stopped skiing now with my poor (right) knee and (left) foot, and Jennifer’s Filipino genes have never been quite adapted to this mode of transport, but Eric and Mikee enjoy it a lot.
This February week Mikee had lots of friends of her own age to ski with. We are immensely thankful to June & Roger and their family and friends for looking after Mikee so well and providing both company and challenge for her.
